John graduated in May 2009 from New York University with a Masters degree in Real Estate with a concentration in Development and Investment. Prior to entering NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate, John worked for 8 years at a Manhattan consulting firm focusing on law firm mergers and acquisitions in the New York and London markets. John graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor's degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. During his undergraduate studies, he also attended the Katholieke University in Belgium where he worked in the Budgetary Committee of the European Parliament in Brussels.

As a Dune Road homeowner since 2005, John brings unique market knowledge to Hampton Estates Realty. He has an intimate knowledge of the dynamics of investment properties in the Hamptons and their successful management.

John's focus at Hampton Estates is on investment sales, fund formation, and development opportunities. His expertise is in formulating acquisition, design, asset management, and disposition strategies for investors.

John has served as an elected member of the Executive Board of NYU Real Estate Institute Student Association (REISA) and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC). John is also a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

In his spare time, John is involved with the Achilles Track Club ‘Freedom Team.' He ran the 2008 NYC Marathon to raise money for disabled veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan and will be running again this year as a guide.
